    Return and Exchanges

    WE DO OUR VERY BEST TO ENSURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE GOODS YOU RECEIVE, BUT IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM PLEASE FOLLOW THE GUIDE BELOW.

    You may contact us within 90 days of receiving your item(s) if you wish to return/exchange your item(s). Please make sure the item(s) you want to return is(are) unused and in NEW condition. We are glad to return/exchange your item(s) less return shipping costs.

    EXCHANGE

    * Contact our Customer Service department within 90 days of receiving your order by email info@oehlerusa.com, and include your Order number , Product code and / or description of the item(s) you wish to exchange in your email.  We will then get back to you within 48hrs with further instructions.

    * We will issue an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and return instructions to use to return the item(s).

    * Ensure that the item(s) you are returning are in an unused condition with all labels attached.

    * Pack securely or send back the item(s) in original packaging to ensure it reaches us in a resalable condition.

    * Send the unwanted item(s) back to us at the address provided and via Delivery Confirmation service, so you have proof of postage. Please use a safe and reliable shipper to return the item(s) safely. We are not responsible for shipments lost or damaged by the shipping carrier.

    * Please make sure your shipping carton prominently displays the RMA #. Cartons not displaying a valid RMA # are subject to being refused. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

    As soon as the original items arrive at our warehouse the exchange items will be sent out to you. Oehler LLC reserves the right to refuse any exchange if any of the above conditions are not adhered to.

    RETURNS

    We want our customers to have a great shopping experience on our website and offer hassle free returns. In the rare event that you purchase an item(s), of which you are not satisfied and you do not wish to exchange we will be happy to make a refund.

    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Our policy on Returns and Exchanges applies to any Products purchased from our Armin Oehler website (www.ArminOehler.com).

    We strongly advise that customers inspect their order upon receipt of the parcel for any manufacturers defects that could have been missed throughout the checking process. We have a dedicated control team; however, in some circumstances these errors can sometimes be missed, so it is highly advisable to apply checks before using a purchased item.

    Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 90 days from the date an order was received. There is a maximum of 90 days from the date the parcel was received for customers to identify any manufacturing defects and contact us.

    All items must be returned in an unused and resalable condition with original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse item(s) if they have been worn or are deemed not resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with manufacturer defects.

    We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from your postal/courier provider as we cannot be held responsible for returned item(s) that do not reach us. Make sure to keep the proof of postage safe as it is the responsibility of the sender to open a claim for any parcel’s lost in transit with the courier.

    We are not responsible for return postage costs other than for incorrect, mis-described or faulty items. Faulty items can be returned free of charge by contacting our customer service team.

    Returns and Exchanges can be rejected if parcels are returned damaged due to unsecure packaging.

    You are entitled to a refund within 10 days of returning as the item(s) arrive at our warehouse.

    Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment with the shipping and handling fee deducted from the credit total.

    SPECIFIC TO EXCHANGES

    * If an exchange is requested we will send the exchange item free of charge. All items returned for exchange will be processed as soon as the original item(s) arrive at our warehouse. Once received at our warehouse the exchange item will be sent out to you within 24 hours. If the exchange item requested is no longer available at the time of processing and no alternatives are provided, an automated refund will be applied.

    * If the total value of your exchange is less than the value of the returned item(s), we will refund you the difference according to our return policies.

    *If the total value of your exchange is greater than the value of the returned item(s), we will contact you regarding proper form of payment.
